Youri Tielemans on permanent deal?!

reports have said that our new loaned player youri tielemans will cost around 45 million euros ( around 40 million Pounds).

In the few games he has played for us he has looked really good.~
He an read run and plays well, and he has set up Vards 2 times already with nice, slick through balls.

If we sign him this will be our record signing player….
Do you think we should buy him? Is he worth 40 Million ?

A lot of people think we should do a swap, Silva for youri tielemans….. and all of us from 100% LCFC think that would be a good trade.
