Wales team bond summed up by forgotten goalkeeper Danny Ward | Wales | The Guardian

Danny ward is our Second keeper, who has barely played many matches for us since joining us back in 2018, so why hasn’t he played much?

Well, our 1st team keeper is already a Leicester Legend, Kasper Schmeichel, who has won and done so much for this club, so if he is fit, he is a number 1 for sure, but that doesn’t mean Ward isn’t good enough!

Since signing him, we have seen him play 9 matches, all being in a cup competition, but from the glimpses we’ve seen of him, he has looked like a stand out goalie!
He is Wales 1st team keeper, and as he helped Wales progress to the round of 16, and has been showing some massive promise, and with all the cameras on him, teams have been keeping an eye and are looking to make a move on him!

Wolves are the favourites to to sign him, and after his Euros tour is done, they might come in and snatch the Welshmen off our hands! Would you think this is the right call?!

This is what Leicester Fan Tv’s Sam had to say…
“Ward looks like a great keeper, and from the glimpses i’ve seen him he looks like a great goalie. With all the cameras on him when he plays at the Euros, it has gained interest from some clubs, and if Wolves come in and he goes, who can blame him? He has been on the bench for a while for us, so i don’t blame him if he wants to go to a club to get more game time. My only concern is, how much longer can Kasper’s legs go for? He is 34 years old now, so how much longer does he have? Will selling ward be an upset for us?”

What do you think to Ward going to Wolves, will he stay or go?!
In his last match against Itaily, they lost, but he made some good saves to keep a 10 men Wales team in the match and help them progress to the round of 16! Well played Danny!
