Will You Take Mitrovic ?

This season we have played well, but we have had no plan B to end the match when we are losing or drawing by a fine margin….

We all here a 100% LCFC think that signing a new striker would be a good asset to the squad, weather they come on for the last twenty minutes or play the full match.

Mitrovic is a good player along side Rondon, he has scored 11 goals for relegated side Fulham, so what could he do for a team with good service ?

“I think that Mitrovic would be a good addition to this Leicester side. We need someone different to Vardy upfront and Nacho doesn’t provide that. Maybe Slimani will come back into the squad instead but either way we need to change things up when Vardy is either subbed off or injured”

He would expect to start most games so would throw his dummy out the pram after a while as vardy is first choice. We need to sign someone happy to sit on the bench most games. Similar to the Kane situation – no established Prem striker is going to be happy playing second fiddle

Rondon is 29 – so guessing we pay £30m for him – worth almost £0 in 3 years … Mitrovic, aged 25, pay the same £30m ? and in 3 years possibly worth MORE…. they both scored 11 goals in the Prem last season… so im on the buy Mitrovic side, although either would work !

Brendan has already come out and said he won’t sign a static “target man”. Mitrovic is lazy. I don’t see us signing him at all.

Nah, Che Adams for sure. Would be a step up for him. So he wouldn’t mind being on bench to start and proving himself when he gets the chance. Only young too so good future player for when Vardy retires
