Anyone suggesting getting rid of Chilwell needs their head read. He’s very promising. He makes a few errors but he’s very young and inexperienced. It’s ridiculous to get rid of him.

Belouane if we get another cb in for back up back up aha, king but id loan him out he’s useful to keep as a squad player and loan him back when needed etc. Other than that I think we’ll be fine defiantly give eder a good go this season and get some of the younger lads involved!

Slimani, Amartey, Chillwell, Musa, Benalyoune, Iborra and James, get Drinkwater back, give Okazaki and Ulloa more game time, see who partners Ndidi best out of Maddison and Silva, keep Maguire and see who’s best out of Gray and Diabatte on the wing, don’t need loads of players back to basics with a tight trim regular 14 players when we won the league get them settled and go for it.

He looked fitter and leaner then I’d ever seen him before at Notts County. Admittedly, it was only a lower league team but he played well, was very mobile and with earlier service, more crosses into the box we might be talking about ‘he must stay’ after that performance. Time will tell, but he does give us a different dynamic and if he’s as fit as he appears, and can stay like that, just maybe this could be his breakthrough season
