What to do with Nacho ?

We signed Kelecho Iheanacho from Manchester City for our record signing at the time a few seasons ago for £25 Million. We all thought that when he joined with us, he would become the main man up front along side with Jamie Vardy.
He looked good last Pre-Season, But flopped off when it came to the big League, the Premier League. All of us from 100% LCFC wonder what is happening to Nacho?
Is his confidence getting worse after each match?
Is he getting paid to much to care how he does?

After being with us we would have thought he would be our best player, now a lot of fans would consider loaing him out or even selling him!

This is what you the fans had to say on him….

What we do is except that we made a huge mistake and move on otherwise it will drive us mad. No one will buy him you have more chance of selling a Steward. First try to see if Man City except returns for faulty goods write and tell them he’s not working .

Aubrey Vaughan
I would definitely sell and cut our loses.

Dave Alexander
He needs it putting on a plate, and with his current (long term) form even that isn’t enough. Forget about team play, tracking back, pressurising, making good choices. As long as we’re playing 1 up top he offers nothing, but even in a 2 he’s 50% of what’s ideal. I hope I’m proven wrong.

Sell or Loan out. Both him and Gray aren’t there yet and had loads of chances. If it’s their confidence (although Gray thinks he’s the best) then let them build it up through other avenues in the lower leagues first. Did we get Nacho in a player deal ?

He’s shown he has talent but his consistently and attitude have been lacking. I’d give him a chance under Rodgers – he could get the best out of him.

Dont spend too much time on this. Sell and move on. If anything coming to Leicester was a step up for him not a step down. Any average player can play well at Man city. A true player is one that comes and lifts a team higher and he came with no effort..no passion…he gets paid enough so dont feel sorry for him. Sell and bring someone that wilk fit well in the squad

Stephen Fox
He’s a striker lacking confidence. Once he finds his form with a bit more game time I reckon he will become an asset for the club.

Alan Jones
No clubs have shown any interest in the lad as far as I know so maybe tricky to find a buyer. A loan spel is probably the best way to go. I still believe there’s a good player in there somewhere

Keep!!!! Massive season coming up from Kelechi. Man City will be activating the £50mil buy back clause come June

Sean Billington
Needs a run of games will never get game sharp not playing..but doesn’t do himself any favours does not look interested or fit enough

David Robertson
We won’t get a decent return at this moment in time. Maybe a loan to a league that suits him and gives him a chance to get his confidence back, whilst reducing our wage bill! SPL (Rangers/Celtic) or to French ligue 1!

Dave Haywood
Loan him out to a championship side see if he can Get his mojo back. Absolutely shocking in a city shirt, a bloody expensive failure. We wont recoup half our money bk if we sold him.
