This is what Leicester Fan Tv’s Sam had to say about the match
“It was going to be a tough match from the get go, and it would have been good to come back with 1 point, let alone the 3 points we got! After their opening chance, we got lucky to not go behind 1-0, but then we took the lead! with a mistake from their defense, it set up barnes to give us the 1-0 lead! our opening fixture has been tough with Europa League as well, so the fact we are 2nd in the Prem, and top of our group stage with a handful of injuries, we’re doing amazing!”
This is what Leicester Fan Tv’s Phil had to say on the match…!
“Another great win ! I was surprised in the first 45 mins at how poor Leeds looked. They have had a good start to this season, surprising many, but against Leicester they looked a real mess at the back. With multiple miss passes and their young lad in goal looking like the proverbial rabbit in the headlights. Some great play from Vardy and Barnes up front, with Albrighton being Mr Consistent as ever caused Leeds plenty of trouble. Mendy again was many people’s MOTM in the middle, and Wilf will be struggling to get back into the team when he returns. It was the third City goal that has me gushing to be honest. What a move. A superb ball from Madders, and another unselfish and perfect chipped pass from Under led to what looked like a simple tap in for Vards… but he still had to outsprint everyone and be in the perfect spot to pop it in. A great 3 points at a tough place to visit on a horribly wet and windy Elland Road…. Who is starting to look at the table again and think maybe again we can dream like last season of a proper title challenge !”
