Monday Night FANZONE! 5-0 trashing!

Leicester City played Newcastle United on Sunday, hoping to continue a winning streak after beating Spurs in game where both teams had disallowed goals.

On Sunday, Leicester had their next game up, Newcastle United, and a lot of fans would not have thought we would have got a 5-0 win !
Some of the content team here at 100% LCFC thought that if they came to defend there might be a chance that they would come away with a point.

This is what 100% LCFC Sam had to say
“We went into this game hoping to continue our winning streak, and that we did. I thought Newcastle would come and sit back, but they tried to attack and after some sloppy plays, we got the goal. For me we need to continue this run into the Liverpool game, and to come back with a point would be a massive positive!”

They came out from the get go, pushing and playing somewhat attacking, but after some sloppy play from them, missing some good chances and giving the balls away, Ricardo managed to do an amazing half pitch run to score.
Just before half time, Hayden managed to do a sloppy high tackle on James Maddison’s replacement Dennis Praet, getting himself a red card.

After this it was a done game, and there head dropped, allowing The Foxes to push up and get Four more goal, 2 from Vardy, and own goal set up by Praet and Ndidi in the dying minutes.
