“We looked solid, structured well and played good football. I think last nights match was a good time fro some of the new lads to prove their worth in the club an also for some players who’ve been pushed aside this season to prove their still good

Like Chirstian Fuchs i think he was pushed aside by Ben Chilwell but i think he will play this week against Liverpool  to prove his worth in this club. Speaking of Fuchs his goal was something else, it was an outstanding strike from him and he played really well through out the game. Also setting up Ibbora with a good header

Ghezzal looks like another amazing player. He follows in the footsteps of Mahrez in the way he plays, smooth, intelligent and has a strong left foot. For me the performance last night has allowed him to become a good option to play agasint Liverpool with Albrighton on the other side of him.

I feel that the match was good but it was more a learning experience for Puel to see who he was in his squad to play and who deserves to play for us.”
