Lallana extending his Liverpool Contract?!
Leicester City looked at buying Adam Lallana from Liverpool, reuniting with his former gaffer Brendan Rodgers!
But in the report’s today, it looks like he might be staying at Liverpool for a little while longer.
From the reports, it looks like he will be extending his contract until the end of the season, more than likely to earn some extra money and keep away from Leicester until next season!
This is what Leicester Fan Tv’s Sam had to say about Lallana…!
“Personally i think it is smart by Liverpool, as they know we are pushing for the top 4 place, so they are trying to postpone the signing until next season, as they don’t want us to have him to Finnish this season off. Asking him to sign a new contract is smart business by them, and they are probably offering him a lot of money to stay for the next couple of months!”
When we can sign him, and if the asking price is right, would he be a good addition to our team? Can he help our current Midfield? Maybe him joining can push the current squad to become more consistent and know that each player is fighting for their place in the squad!
We asked a select amount of fans about Lallana, and they gave us a detailed response for both positive and negative reason’s for him joining or not…!
Gray Richardson
Lallana would be a good acquisition in my opinion,it’s another option for us
Ross Howard
Personally I don’t think we need him, if we were going to get another midfielder needs to be someone about younger than lallana
Adrian Bramley
We need a few more experienced level headed players with Champions League experience to help us through our campaign next season. Lallana fits the bill. We’ve seen how younger less experienced players make mistakes or don’t take chances when arisen where a more ‘seasoned’ player may well deliver more consistently. Look at how on/off Mads and Youri have been this season. And then there’s Hamza, Barnes and Gray, the latter being theeeee most inconsistent of the 3.
Let us know what you think to Lallana signing this new contract with Liverpool, and if this is a good or a bad choice for Leicester and the club’s development…
