James Justin to Leicester ?

Reports have said that Leicester are interested in signing
James Justin.
It has been said that we are at the top of the chain for him and reports say that they want tot take 7.5 Million pounds for him.

He is an U20 England player with a few England caps under his belt for them,
He has been playing for Luton in League One, making 43 appearances, and scoring 7 goals
That is pretty good stats for a Centre Half !
