Is Vardy Injured? are we signing a new striker…!

So, after a good win at the Etihad stadium beating Manchester City 5-2, with 3 penalties and 2 stunning goals from Vardy’s Cruyff turn to bag him a second goal in his Hat-Trick against them, and Maddison scoring an edge of the box 30 yard screamer into the top bins, which is probably in the running for goal of the month and maybe even this season!

BUT, during the match it looked like Vardy pulled his hip/groin during the match and he carried on playing for another 15 minutes but he came off looking slightly injured, along with Evans and Praet who both looked like they picked up knocks, which is not good with the injuries we already have.

So, rumours has it we are looking in signing a new striker to help out in that department, so who are we looking to buy?
Rumours has it that we are looking to sign Carlos Vinicius from Benfica! The 25 year old Brazilian is looking for a move to the Premier League, and that a handful of clubs are interested in him, like Man Utd, spurs and Crystal Palace, who would he go to? Would you want him at Leicester….?

In his career, he has been passed around some of the big names in Europe, not being able to make an appearance, but then he goes out on loan and bags a few goals! This season he has been a 1st team striker for Benfica, and in his 32 appearances for them. he bagged 18 goals, which is very good conversion rate.

“He looks like a good player, but he doesn’t seem to get the game time. He has been a regular starter for Benfica and he is scoring, when he was on loan he was scoring for those clubs as well. It’s a shame clubs like Napoli and Gremio didn’t give him a chance, but maybe their loss is our gain! He seems like a decent player, and if he is happy being a rotation player at Leicester he could be very important to us…”
