Is Gray worth keeping?!

Demarai Gray came to us from rivals Birmingham City, and the reason we signed him was because we played them in a pre-season friendly in which he scored 2 banging goals against us, in which Leicester Fan Tv’s Phil and some other content creators went to that game, and thought he looked promising…!

In his time at Birmingham, he made 72 appearance’s scoring 8 goals, a decent conversion rate for a youngster in a Winger role…
From this, we signed him and he has not shown much of his tallent in his 4 years with us…
He has made 125 appearance’s for us, scoring only 8 goals, not the best conversion rate. Although, with this said, he game’s came from the bench and would have less time to score…

This is what Leicester Fan Tv’s Sam had to say about Gray…!
“I think he has promise with us, especially under Rodgers. We have seen him change players like Nacho and Mendy to become more adaptable and pushing for 1st team Football, so i would like to see more of Gray to see if he wants to play proper Football!”

We asked you, the fans, about Gray, and this is what you had to say about him…

Nathan Nicholls
Rated him but as time went on just didn’t show talent enough. Think he still has potential but really needs to start showing it consistently. So would loan him out or sell if had another player to replace

John Grant
He has bucket loads of potential and we have seem some glimpses of brilliance…. But it would spear that those buckets are leaking and the moments of brilliance are getting further apart. Exact opposite to Kelechi….Obvs isn’t showing it in training either. So if Brendan can’t fix his leaking buckets we must let him go. Dont be surprised if he comes good somewhere else though.

Davey Hayto
Didnt see him in any of the training photos from the other day. Hes also deleted everything leicester related from his Instagram. Looks like hes already out the door.
Personally I think it’s for the best, like a lot of players, they have a raw talent but not much in the way of footballing intelligence. I think hes got as good as hes going to get, and unfortunately, its.just not good enough for where we want to be as a club. I’m sure he’ll go on to be great for a lower half team or in the championship.

Wayne Williamson
I’d of sold him last season or even before, always looks like he’ll only give 70% and he’s no where near good enough for Premiership, just look at Vardy, Barnes , Albrighton, they always come out looking hungry to play much like most of the team

Alex Mortimer
100% sell. He’s had more than long enough to prove his potential and he’s just flattered to deceive the entire time. It’s a shame because at times he showed some real flashes of the player he could have been for us

Simon Hall
Still not working like he should be . Not consistent enough . I would give him 1 season on loan away from us so as to see if he does have full potential .

Alex Gurr
Sell, purely because he’s not come on as much as the other young players in the same amount of time. I can’t see it suddenly clicking with him

Alan Field
Good squad player, but not at the world class level we require to challenge regularly for our European ambitions, I wouldn’t actively look to sell him but if a decent offer or he wants to move then you sell.

Reece Taylor
Absolutely quality needs to be given a proper chance. 10. Minutes off the bench isnt enough. I can name inperticular the west ham and Bournemouth games this season where hes made a big difference. He offers something different to barnes and Perez in attack. The game at palace with his assist to vardy this season was brilliant and just a sign of things to come if we play him !!!

Neil Titchmarsh
Really disappointed in him under Puel, but Rodgers is bringing improvements out of him

T.J. Chapman
I’d sell him. He’s not good enough to be in the squad, let alone the first team. How many opportunities does he want?!

Adam John
Lenik Keep for one more season and see how he does. If Rogers can’t get him to perform consistently then no one will.

Mick Swinn
All smoke and mirrors looks good at times but not premiership material

James Joseph O’Connor
Should have sold him when Bournemouth came in with 25 mil. Hes had more than enough time to improve now. Shame to say but time to move him on.

Watch some of his highlights, hopefully he can shine in a LCFC shirt…!
