How good has Perez been ?!

Ayoze Perez signed for us this season from Newcastle, making 179 appearance’s for them, scoring a solid 42 goals, which lead to Leicester going for him and signing him!

In his 25 appearance’s for Leicester, has has scored 7 goals, and on top of this, he has changed position from a Centre Forward to a Winger, so a quite massive change for him, but he is still proving to become better and better each week he plays!

We asked you, the fans, about him so far this season, and this is what you all had to say about him…!

Alex Munro
His work rate has gone up 100% and he looks very comfortable when our tiki taka kicks in. I feel sorry for him, however, that Vardy and Madders have made his two favoured positions their own.

Joanna Astley
He’s been great, he was at Newcastle but he needs to be played down the middle even though he’s doing well on the wing, it’s not his best position and naturally he will do well, but If he gets the runs through the middle He’ll be even better

Darren Rowley
Very lightweight on the wing, doesnt have the pace or trickery to trouble full backs, but more central looks a good player with some good technique.

Riz Siddiq
Not bad 1st season. But for the money we played plus he had premier league experience I expected a little more consistency from him.

T.J. Chapman
I think he’s done well considering he’s much better in a more central position. He’s taking one for the team every time he plays out wide, but still puts in a shift.

James Davies
I think he has been an asset considering he’s not playing in his favourite position, he works hard and he’ll get better

Very good player now he’s settling in can link play really well and sees that special pass and lad can finish too

Dom Bray
Cold ….. hot….. cold…..hot…. not consistently good enough to hold down a spot as rwf….. obviously more influence down the middle just have better players in those positions

Quality player. Been played out of position a lot and still delivered.

I’ve been really impressed especially considering and by his own admission he’s not a winger.

Gradually gradually getting there, he is a good addition to LCFC

He will end up a squad player as Roger’s wants a right winger
