Fuchs To Start?

Fuchs, who wears the number 28 shirt, was a massive part to the title winning season. Yet he hasn’t seen much game time in the most recent times. We saw him play a centre half role against Villa, and arguably had a very good game, yet for the Southampton fixture, he didn’t even make the bench…

Chilwell has had a rough few games, which leads us on to the question, do we bring Fuchs back for a couple games and give Ben a rest? This could bring more experience into the team, and we always know what we will get with Fuuuuuuuuuchs on the side.

We asked YOU, the fans, what you thought about bringing him in for a couple games, and this is what you said:

Lawrence Louis: ‘ Chilwell 100% needs a rest. He seems to have lost some confidence. Fuchs at Burnley would be a wise move ‘

Angie Stone: ‘ Yes Fuchs should start,Chilwell is having a bit of a nightmare at the mo.Always passing back, should play Albrighton too,he always gives 100% creating chances. ‘

Andy Smith: ‘ Fuchs and albrighton to energize the team, they both work their socks off ‘

Chris Hardy: ‘ yep, he has been one of our most consistent players since we won the league. i would go for him and albrighton down the left personally ‘

Paul Sculthorpe: ‘ I think compared to some players right here right now, Fuchs should definitely play as he looks like he wants it.
I think Chillwel needs a rest on the bench for a bit. ‘

Christopher Kellett: ‘ Yes. 100%. It will be tough at Turf Moor so we have to be solid. ‘

Janice Pinchess: ‘ Yes, Fuchs and Albrighton should both start ‘

Rita Hall: ‘ Love Fuchs. Mega fit and never gives up ‘

Ian Wright: ‘ Why the hell was he not in before Chilwell yesterday? Not even on the bench. Obvious! Also obvious, Allbrighton over Barnes! Nacho over Perez ‘

Darren Bradford: ‘ Yes bring on the Fuch give Chilwell a rest it’s well over due ‘

Emma Leonard: ‘ Absolutely. Was disappointed not to see him start on Saturday ‘

Alex Till: ‘ Fuchs is better at just about everything yes he’s slower but at least he defends ‘

Nathan Cunningham: ‘ Yes as Chillwell will be more suited to the harder following fixture ‘

Keith Childs: ‘ Chilwell is only good at going forward, lousy defender ‘

Chrissy Pate: ‘ We can’t keep passing back, we need to press and get it forward ‘
