Marc Albrighton!
He came for FREE from local rivals Aston Villa, and he has shown us Foxes what he can do!
In his 161 appearances for Leicester we asked you, the fans, what are your best memories of him…

This is what you had to say !

Joanna Foster
When he came to watch my daughter train and meet all the girls at our club. One of the nicest guys ever.

Anne Timson
He always gives 100%. The goal against Bruges is memorable for obvious reasons but the goal against Sevilla got us to the quarter finals and he was still running with the ball at the final whistle.

Debbie Stanworth
That goal he scored in the Champions League, v Bruges – an iconic moment in the history of our club. A fantastic player who can produce precision crosses. He has tireless energy, is always enthusiastic, highly skilled, a great team player and always gives 100%.

Simon Harron
Real work horse class passer of the ball wee bit more speed and he wud be perfect!! Love him class plqyer

Dom Bray
My favourite player at the club always gives his all, one of the best crossers of a ball we have unfortunately we dont really play a striker that gets on the end of those crosses so that has gone against him a bit this season but never moans and always comes back and proves himself to every manager he has played under. Top bloke too

Artebook Anil
Awesome player, best thing to have come out of Brum! And a lovely lad too!

Kirsty Johnson
Most underrated player ever and one of the nicest guys too

Colin Innes
A great player should never be on the bench, one thing I disagree with Rodgers on.

Sue Shelley
I’ve always liked albrighton such a talented player and always gives more than 100% every times he plays, he’s 1 player we should never sell

Gary Joynson
Where do you start. The most consistent player in the team. His first 50 games he started we only lost like 5 games with him on the pitch. The first champions league goal for leicester city. The bloke will go down as a leicester city legend

Paul Rigby
I love mark one of the most hardworking yet underrated players to wear the blue shirt. Should play every week.legend.

Jane N Steve Lay
Leicester City’s first-ever match in the European Cup was played on 14 September 2016. Marc Albrighton scored City’s first-ever goal

Jamie Gamble
Champions league goal will always stand out but probably the most consistent performer since he’s been there. Always a fans favourite and always delivers

John Dalby
I think the comments say it all. He will run all day for the team and always gives 100%. Along with Steve Guppy one of the best crossers of the ball ever in a City shirt. Gray could learn a lot from him

Michael Barrett
Everytime he’s on the pitch is a best moment i’m afraid the free tag has lowered him down the pecking order. Managers when writing down the team seem to pick who cost the most these days no matter how they are playing.

As you can see a lot of people think that he is always commited to the job, and gives 100% on the pitch, and he 100% does!!
Who remembers this goal in the Champions League from him… Yes… The Champions League! Hopefully we will be back in it some time soon!
