Nottingham Forest Vs Leicester City preview
Brendan Rodgers takes his side to the City Ground to face an inform Nottingham Forest in the fourth round of the FA Cup.
Forest have won four of their last five matches, including wins over Arsenal and local rivals Derby County. Since Steve Cooper took over the Red on September 21st with the club firmly in the relegation zone, going into this match they are eighth, just two points off the play-offs.
Whilst for Leicester it has been a mixed season as they sit 10th but do have a game or two in hand on all the teams ahead of them, other than Tottenham. However, the squad has suffered a lot of injuries this season. For this match they will be without Nampalys Mendy (AFCON), Wesley Fofana (fibula), Jonny Evans (hamstring), Jamie Vardy (hamstring) and Ricardo Pereira (hamstring). They will also most likely be without Nigerian duo Kelechi Iheanacho and Wilfred Ndidi as they have rest after AFCON.
Leicester have only lost one of their last eight matches against Forest (drawing five and winning two). However, the Garibaldi have faced the holders of the FA Cup seven times before, they have progressed on five occasions.
