Danish Devour! Preview by Matt Ballard
Randers vs Leicester Preview
Leicester will travel to Denmark on Thursday, knowing they already have one foot into the next round of the newly formed Uefa Conference league.
Having won 4-1 at the King Power a week before, and with the weekend off due to Chelsea being in the Carabao Cup, it remains to be seen whether Rodgers will go full strength or save key players with Burnley to come on Tuesday.
It could allow Danny Ward a first European start, but one player who will miss out is Ricardo Pereira, who was not part of the travelling party and is being saved for Burnley.
The game also comes too early for Wesley Fofana. However, it is a significant boost to have him back in training; the Foxes will also be without Jamie Vardy, who Leicester are keen to manage appropriately and not rush him back.
Leicester will hope this will be a routine 2nd leg, and then all eyes can be Turf Moor with a chance of a first league win of the year on the cards.
