City Out Of The Cup
BY 100% SAM HOLLOWAY
On Tuesday night, City played Manchester City in the cup… we went 1-0 down in the first 15 minutes to a cracking strike from Kevin De Bruyne… only for Mark Albrighton to come back with a final few minutes late goal. That goal managed to make it 1-1 and it went straight into penalties… it ended up a loss for us as Man City took the victory…
A lot of City fans including me 100% Sam are both confused and concerned with Puels tactics. Personally there is only one gear/level/way that we play, and under Puel it is that way or the high way… we dont have a plan B, regardless of the score we always stick to plan A. This is very frustrating almost boring. at the end of the day all Leicester fans just want their team to win, and to be entertained whilst watching it. I know that the players pick to take the penalties, but why are people like Albrighton, Ricardo, Gray, Nacho not stepping up to the plate and taking their chance? why do we have Maguire (and i know that he scored but…), Soyunchu, Fuchs, stepping up?
100% Phil says “i am still backing Puel, but just like last years cup quarter final, he has again picked a B team, and again we really could’ve beaten Man City in the 90 mins, and gone on to the Semi Finals. I just don’t understand why Puel hasn’t taken this more seriously. Man City certainly and there are playing in champions league and competing for the Premier League title again…”
Personally, i don’t know what to think about Puel, i want him to be a good manager but i just don’t see it in him, he is too naive and persistent in his own way. On the other hand, who are we going to bring in? Who want to join City if we sack Puel? a lot of fans have been suggesting people like Eddie Howe and Rafa from Newcastle and Bournmouth, but at the moment Eddie is doing well that he might land a position with a higher club and Rafa will stay because Newcastle are more than likely going to get rid of their owners…
