Now that the season is over, we are all expecting some players to join us for Europa Football next season, but we are also expecting some players to leave us as well…

Leicester need top four to keep Chilwell from Chelsea – Phillips ...
Chilwell rumoured to go to Chelsea!

This weeks rumour is no surprise Ben Chilwell. Over the course of this season, there has been a a lot of speculation that he will leave to Chelsea, and this first week after the season is over, he is looking to leave us and the rumours are pumping in quicker than ever!

Rumours have it that he will be going for around £55 Million pounds, is that enough money for him? He is on a contract at Leicester until 2024, so we don’t need to sell him if we don’t want to, but with Chelsea’s price range, is it a good deal for us? We have seen Luke Thomas come through the past few games, and he looks very good for a young development player, but he is not going to go straight into a top 5 Premier League team… Is he?!

He has been with us since he was 12 years old, so he is coming up through the development squad and has been at Leicester for a long time, and some would consider him to be ‘lucky’ that we gave him this chance… So what would you do with him??

He has made 99 appearances for us, scoring 5 goals and developing into a very good player, with him becoming England’s number 1 Left Back, so why wouldn’t he go to another club?

This is what Leicester Fan Tv’s Sam had to say…!
“Personally it is all the same with these kind of players. We have seen it with Mahrez before, if they don’t want to play for us, sell them. They will always under perform when they are unhappy at a club, so if he wants out just let him go. It will be a shame but if we can get a decent amount of money for him, we cant develop Thomas and use some of that money to get another LB, maybe even get Chelsea’s Alonso in a trade deal…!”
