Burnley Vs Leicester Preview

The Foxes travel to Turf Moor to face a resurgent Burnley in a midweek clash.

Leicester are winless in the league this calendar year with their last win the 1-0 victory over Liverpool. This run consists of five matches, three ending in defeat. This is worrying for Brendan Rodgers especially with rumours growing that he is close to being sacked.

This means that a trip away to Burnley is one of the last things Leicester would want. Sean Dyche’s men are unbeaten in their last three matches, winning two of them. Wout Weghorst has had a monumental impact as Chris Wood’s replacement. The Dutchman has allowed the Clarets to play with more mobility whilst also playing their typical route one football.
