Everton move out of the bottom 3 as there 2 first half goals secured all 3 points at home – their first away win since august of last year (8 months) and their first away win under Frank Lampard…

Mykolenko opened up the score sheet after 6 minutes with a thunderbolt of a volley struck by his left foot into the bottom corner past Schmeichel and Holgate netted a header from a rebound save at close range to give Everton their second win of the season on the road.

Before this happen though, Patson Daka scored his 1st goal in 13 Premier League matches after a defensive mixup with Coleman and Mina caused Daka to be clear on goal against Pickford.

In the 2nd half, we have a fair few chances to find another goal but Pickford was in incredible form, producing saves to deny Mendy and Barnes twice!

Everton move up to 16th on 35 points, one ahead of both Burnley and Leeds, with a match in hand. Leicester remain in 14th on 42 points.

What do you think to the remainder of the season? This is what Leicester Fan TV’s Sam had to say…
“It’s another poor match with poor tactics. I’m sorry to say it but under Ranieri we sacked him on this kind of form, Rodgers has done a lot for us so why has it gone so wrong? Another set-piece goal scored, poor distribution from Kasper, KDH playing as a wing back, 3 strikers on the pitch at the same time and we’re still passing it around the back, it’s all completely wrong! And to put the cherry on the cake, Rodgers came out after and said we’ve ‘not had time due to the busy schedule’ to practice on set pieces! it’s been a shocking season, a throw away season, but we’re going to see a lot of player go, will Rodgers join them…?”
