Benkovic – Keep or Sell?!

He joined us back in 2018, along with the same time Soyuncu joined… He came from Dinamo Zagreb, making 56 appearances and scoring 6 goals! Not too bad for a Centre Back…

After we signed him, we instantly loaned him out to Celtic, this was done due to the fact that he would not get ahead of Evans and Maguire at the time, along with Soyuncu, but as we sold Maguire, it was Soyuncu’s time to shine, and Benkovic’s injuries have left him out of this season.
