Matthew Upson is hoping to return to the Leicester side for their visit to his former club West Ham after recovering from the ankle injury that has kept him out all season. Former Hammers and England defender Upson joined Leicester on a free transfer from Brighton in the summer, but has been kept out of action by a long-running ankle problem. But the 35-year old proved his fitness by playing two practice games over the past fortnight and could be back in time for Leicester's trip to Upton Park on Saturday.
