BY SCOTT BENTLEY Digging in to transfer windows past and present looking at departures from the club and the benefits or lack of them to the club. Hindsight is a powerful thing but did we cut our losses too early? Have they went on to bigger and better things, or was it a great decision to suit all parties?  More importantly is he the one that got away? Is this our year for the cup - Match Report by James Harlow It was the foxes first encounter in the Carabao Cup away at Sheffield Utd. Both teams 8 changes, it surprises me that teams do not take the league cup seriously anymore as it’s a route to Europe and a trip to Wembley. Although the foxes are guaranteed one trip to Wembley on 28th November. First half was poor from both teams with the foxes having a few chances. Best chance was a Slimani ball to Musa but a terrible first touch meant the opportunity had passed. Not…

Saturdays game was an easy cruise in reality for Leicester, to say it was "comfy" is a bit of an understatement, and the job was done when in the dying moments of normal time, Jamie Vardy took a couple of knocks. The same starting 11 as Arsenal, probably best as they lined up well and played well. Okazaki up front with Vardy starting to form a good partnership which is good as 3 other strikers chomping at the bit to play as well. The stadium…

By JAMES HARLOW Fridaynight was the foxes first game of the 17/18 season with an away trip to Arsenal live on Sky. Maguire started his first game for the foxes and it was great to see Matty James back in a city shirt in the premier league. Lacazette scoring after just 2 mins, most of the Leicester fans were in shell shock as we weren’t expecting this, then before anyone could blink Maguire heads the ball back to Okazaki and its 1-1. What a great move to equalise. Albrighton then pings the most delightful cross and its Vardy, he doesn’t…

Pre Season is over... was it a success, well as we have all been saying, pre season is ALL about fitness !! We haven't looked that amazing in pre season, but perhaps in today's game, people watch and read too much into these matches. Just a few seasons ago, few fans bothered to go and watch them, and they certainly weren't streamed to a global audience, so the focus in 2017 is far more on the results than the effort and fitness that the manager wants. Anyway, now we have played all our pre season , 100%LCFC editor Phil ran…
