THANKS KINGY!!
Leicester fans gave their views ad the rumours spread that Aston Villa have put in a bit of around £3.4 M to take Andy King over to Villa park to play in the championship.
King has made over 375 appearances for City having been a Fox since 2008. He has done it all with us… league one, championship champion, the greatest escape, winning the premier league and our trips to the European Champions League quarter finals…

These are the fans views

Ant Sculthorpe
All the best kings been fantastic at Leicester loyal and a real grafter.

Matthew Fox
All the idiots slating Kingy he will always be a Leicester legend and has always been loyal to this club it’s a shame he’s going villa but I hope him all the best. Remember the time he turned down Chelsea to stay with us and we was in the championship at the time don’t get many players in low league who will stay with smaller clubs if they get a chance to play for a premier league team. Good luck kingy

Dave Edwards
You could not get a more loyal player in the grab all players in the game today, i wish him all the best for his future

Greg Topliss
Very sad would love him to stay. Hope the club name a stand after him he’s a club legend! Grew up watching him will really miss him. Always has given his all for the club and could never ask for anything else. Hope he does well at villa! Gets the ball and wants to score! Andy Andy King!!!!

Lee Smith
Bin a great servant but he’s not premiership quality anymore in my view, will be a good move for him, I think he makes a very good championship player

Steven Sadler
Amazing professional been with through the bad times and the good never moaned about moving never moaned about lack of playing time. I for one will miss him. Good luck kingy

Mark Hook
All the best Andy King. Thanks for the memories and everything you did for LCFC. Deserved a testimonial in my opinion. Hope you do well with the Villa.

Stephen Payne
Well done kingy been a top player for Leicester done everything they’ve asked of him definitely deserves a testimonial. All the best for the future

Alex Gurr
Shame we can’t just keep him around, he obviously wants first team football though which is fair enough. Hopefully he’ll be back in a coaching role when he hangs up his boots

Anthony Elsby
I wish only the very best for Kingy. What a fabulously successful servant. Big part player in arguably the best era in our history and an example setter on top.

Leigh Riley
The lad needs to play at his age and unfortunately, although not completely out of his depth, he doesn’t pull up any trees in the Prem. Best of luck to him, a true club legend in my eyes, an integral part of 3 league titles. He’ll be missed from the dressing room no doubt.

Mark Foran
Very sad news but good look to him. I’ve always liked him as he gives 100% like Danny Simpson who seems on his way as well. Shame we cannot get rid of that crap Ben Chilwell a player who defo ain’t up to to premier standard.

Lisa Marie
Scholten Good luck Andy, will always be a legend at Leicester. Fantastic servant to the club and has always been so loyal. We will miss you. Will always be a fox

Sean Cherry
Great servant to our football club. Been with us through thick, even thicker & the very very good times. Good Luck in your new chapter Andy. Will Always be a Foxes Legend in my eyes.

Rob Sturgess
Legend in my eyes. And can only say thank you for you all we’ve been through together. If it’s football he’s going for then good luck. I really thought he’d end up with a role within our club. Thank you again kingy. It’s been a roller coaster, through thick and thin

Shaun Brooks
Goes with our best wishes brilliant attitude always got time for the fans and he’s got 3 league title medals not many do that in there career whenever he comes back to watch a game he should be applauded top lad all the best kingy

Will Smith
I’ll be sorry to see Kingy go…hes been with us through thick and thin. He’s been amazing servant for our wonderful club…I hope there’s gonna be something done to show our appreciation to him like a testimonial or something like that. Good Luck Kingy and thank you

Debbie Stanworth
Terrible news. He should be staying here as a squad player – he has been so loyal and outstanding for this club – at every level. He deserves better – I’m gutted.

Zach Spence
He is a top player he has won league one to premier league with us he is a solid midfielder I think he would suit Villa as he would easily get in

Ian Moore
Club legend regardless of what anyone says. Time to go as things move on but great servant and good player through all we have been through.

Luke Donnachie
3 million is an absolute steal he is worth a bit more than that…… but like what everyone has said here, what a servant to the club and will always have my respect and support for the future

Jake Richardson
Would love him to stay been here from the start and been through everything with us but he still wants to play football and he won’t get in the first team unfortunately

Jason Harriman
I couldn’t knock Kingy to be honest . He’s been fantastic for us. Model professional. But it’s time to go, he needs it, we need it too. Long live the king

Michael Benjamin
He may have been a decent player for you mate but we for sure don’t need him, especially at 3 million. We are over loaded on midfield and that money should be spent elsewhere.

Ridds Poole
He’s been on the same journey as all of us fans. Always gave 100%, not the most talented player we ever had but a great servant. Good luck Kingy.

Dom Bray
Absolute stalwart of the club , been thru thick and thin with us and anybody slating him is not a true Leicester fan. If he goes all the best Andy and best of luck.

Daren Topham
Very sorry to see him go, always reliable, always gave his best. Scored some decent goals over the years too. He was always proud to wear the shirt, can not be said for all the players we have had, or still have for that matter. Will be missed

Kenny Giddings
If we were to sign a player of his quality, we’d be paying 10-15 million for him. Quality squad player that owes the club nothing.

Peter Swann
Great Loyal Player gave his all for our LEICESTER CITY FC. Thanks Andy your a top Lad will always be a Legend at LCFC. Best Wishes Mate hope all goes well at Villa.

Rachel Buckley
Great servant, truly nice guy to meet. Doesn’t get the praise he deserves. Thanks for the memories Kingy!

Leighton Morley
Good luck king you will be missed always been my favourite player sad to see you leave after your amazing time with us all the best mate

Craig Bishop
Best of luck to the lad for me nothing less than a hero for us . Will do Villa proud as he has done for us

Tom Berridge
Love Kingy, 3 million is a bargain… I’d prefer him to stay think he is a good head to have about if I’m honest

Jack Johnson
If that’s right am gutted  as he is city though and though he will be my favourite player what ever happens

Richard Meats
Great move for him, and great bit of business for villa at £3m

Chris Surridge
Good luck to him thanks for all the memories served us well and still a good player in my opinion

Niall Simmons
Loyal servant, club legend but time to move on, not good enough at premier league level

David Wykes
Never quite good enough for first team premier league but always worked hard when asked to play
