Belgian wonderkid Charles De Ketelaere advised against Chelsea move

Rumour has it that we are the favourites for signing young Belgium star from Club Brugge for around 30 Million Euros, do you guys think he is worth the money?!

He is a 21 year old Striker who has been at Club Brugge since 2019, making around 82 appearances in league competitions scoring 18 goals, which is an okay record, but for the Belgium league is it any good?!

He’s just started to get into the Belgium squad, making 6 appearances and scoring 1 time, so a good start to his international career.

This is what some of the fans had to say about him…

“He is NOT worth the money. I am sick of throwing around 20-30 Million pounds on ‘could be’ players. We spent less on Daka who has done more in the Austrian league, and he hasn’t been the best in his first season here, I would not want to waste any money next season, especially when we are going to lose a lot of key players. I will eat me words if he does great, but only time will tell but from initial views and thoughts, he is not worth the money” – Sam

“He looks like another Future player, but we need players for now! Vardy is about done, he is old and is getting injured a lot very quickly, so we need to spend that money on some good, quality, proven premier league players. We just bought Daka for around 25 Mil, so why are we spending that much again on a similar player?” – Jake

“I’d like to see him in a LCFC shirt, but he is not worth the 30 Million price tag. He seems decent, but that price tag is a lot for a young player who has a lot to prove still” – Phil

What do you guys think to him joining Leicester?! Is he the RIGHT man we should go for next season, or another ‘one for the future’
